Ive been their client for 2 years and I've recorded best phone call conversation. Then I gave them my credit card and also choose the express way and paid more. Its been over 2 years, I have my daughter in the US I barely can service because of the pardon situation, I told them All upfront before I gave them the money and they all promised me something that they never delivered.
I offer them To pay me back the money but they canada trying to pardon me and pretending that I have to be more patient and they will call me back but never did. Canada Pardon Services Response. How come after 2 years of waiting for something it supposed to take months, I am the one that needs to chase them to get answers? They never respected their words and their engagement.
I am trying to get a refund of the amount above from the merchant above. I filled out a form online, requesting information about obtaining a Pardon in Canada for my criminal record. I then also checked a box that said Discuss monthly payment options. I then submitted the form. Shortly after, I received anrequesting I fill out another form with my personal information, so I did that.
Someone called me to confirm the details, and said someone would call me back within 5 business days. This was on July 26th, Nowhere on any form I filled out, did it say my card would be immediately charged that amount.
To date, I have received no further instructions from this merchant on how to proceed, and it is now October 9, To date, no services have been rendered. Attempts to reach the merchant to request a refund have been unsuccessful.
I have ed them numerous times.
I have contacted them via telephone, only to be laughed at, hung up on and promised call backs from a manager that has never happened. Also, since they haven't sent me any further steps to complete in over 3 months, even if I had wanted to continue this process through them, I was never afforded the opportunity to do so, let best have it expedited.
It does say that no service will be pardon after 10 days, but since no services have been received, I have no idea canada it is I have paid for. This took about 10 minutes.
Canada Pardon Service has yet to contact me about anything. They charged me for a service that is not possible to provide, has not sent me further steps to proceed. All they have done to date is charge my credit card and tell me I can't have my money back.
